Rare, uncertain.

Restricted to woodlands with field maple on a chalky strata.
Unmistakable, although poorly marked specimens could be overlooked as Maiden's Blush.

Old Victorian records and just three modern-day records. Unfortunately all three modern-day records lack any supporting evidence, no photos or specimens are available to confirm the records.
I have provisionally included these records in the database as misidentification is presumed unlikely.
